We are seeking a M365 Engineer / Cloud Engineer to join our team and support a major Microsoft 365 transformation and tenant migration program within a secure government environment.
This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale cloud and collaboration technology initiative involving Microsoft 365 migration, identity services, collaboration platforms, and modern workplace technologies

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities within Microsoft 365 environmentsConfigure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft CopilotExecute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online content, and OneDrive dataSupport identity and access management controls, security policies, and governance requirementsPerform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation activities throughout the migration lifecycleDevelop technical documentation, operational procedures, and transition artefactsCollaborate with project teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projectsStrong hands-on expertise across:Exchange OnlineSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft TeamsOneDrive for BusinessMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Microsoft CopilotExperience with tenant-to-tenant migration activitiesIdentity and access management experience, including Conditional Access and authentication servicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to develop technical documentation and implementation artefacts
