Senior Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) SME
Location: Location: Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, hybrid work model
Contract: Initial contract until January 2027 with likely extensions
We're looking for an experienced Senior Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) SME to design, build, administer, and support enterprise Kubernetes platforms on Microsoft Azure.
This is a hands-on role focused on platform engineering, cluster operations, security, automation, and supporting containerised application deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platformsManage Kubernetes cluster administration, upgrades, and operational supportDeploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and HelmDevelop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or BicepImplement Azure networking, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting best practicesSupport platform automation using Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsRequired Skills:
