Junior Backend Engineer

An early-career backend engineering role: strong fundamentals, AI-native development, fast learning and real production experience. Sydney-based, global team. We're a small, sharp team across Sydney, Manila and New York, and we build the way we tell our clients to: AI agents do a large share of the engineering work, and humans direct, review and ship. THE ROLE We're looking for an early-career Backend Engineer who wants to grow fast. You might have around 1–2 years of commercial engineering experience and be looking for your next step. We don't expect you to know our entire stack on day one. What matters more is strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, learning speed and evidence that you have already contributed to real software. You'll work alongside experienced engineers while building backend systems in an AI-native development environment.
