Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME.Collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Qualifications
Expert proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.Experience with Oracle Applications Forms.Strong understanding of database management and SQL.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
