Quadient Consultant

Position: Quadient Consultant Detailed Job Description Designing, developing and maintaining member correspondence using HBF’s correspondence management system Translating business requirements into effective correspondence solutions Building and updating correspondence templates, layouts and business rules Supporting projects, enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the correspondence platform Monitoring, investigating and resolving production issues within agreed service levels Preparing test plans, executing testing and managing defects through to resolution Maintaining documentation and ensuring governance standards and best practices are followed Collaborating with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member and user experience Must Have Skills: Quadient Inspire, HTML and CSS Nice to Have Skills: Quadient Inspire Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive Quadient Inspire Scalar Quadient Inspire Automation Sql Server Management Studio Octopus Deploy Bitbucket Solid experience in a technology development or application support role Experience supporting changes through a software development lifecycle and into production Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g. Java, object‑oriented scripting, XML) Exposure to HTML and CSS Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including investigating system and production issues
