About The Role The role owns the architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance user interfaces for modern web applications used by millions of active users daily. The engineering team works closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into responsive, accessible, and resilient frontend experiences. Key Responsibilities Build responsive, performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS architectureDesign and implement scalable component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across web platformsOptimize client-side performance, reducing bundle sizes, improving Core Web Vitals, and minimizing render timesWrite comprehensive automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to maintain high code coverageCollaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, handle data fetching, and manage state efficientlyParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend engineering best practices What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern frontend developmentDeep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3, with a proven track record of shipping production applicationsSolid understanding of web performance optimization techniques, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principlesExperience with state management libraries, client-side routing, and modern build tools like Vite or WebpackBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, GraphQL, or mobile development with React Native
