eCommerce Product Analyst ** W2 contract, min of 12 months** ONSITE out of Mountain View, CA ** TARGET W2 $78-82/hr Day-to-day, You Will Track and identify underlying drivers of KPI targets & metrics, synthesize findings and communicate insightsManage digital product performance to identify new product levers and opportunities for improvement of our existing product toolkitAd hoc analyses and tasks to support personalization initiatives and product launchesCollaborate with Product Manager(s) in making product and business decisions based on data insights and A/B testing experiment resultsManage A/B Testing monitoring and analyses and execute strategyAnalyze the impact of proposed and actual product changes Assist PM's in delivering product enhancements as defined by the Product Managers RoadmapDevelop, manage and maintain backend product data pipelinesOwn and execute ad hoc and long-term strategic projects Your Skillset Likely Includes Top skills: SQL, Tableau, Business Analysis3-6 years experience in a large IT organization with responsibility and demonstrated success for developing Data and Analytics products or servicesBS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experienceVisualization tools such as Power BI ,Tableau and MicrostrategyGood knowledge of metadata, and using/managing metadataExcellent communication skills and can confidently communicate to all levels of the business from operational to executiveExperience working with cross functional teams to develop products and services. Ability to build interdepartmental relationshipsDesire to make a difference, engage customers, shape a strategy and build the right solutionExceptional critical reasoning, creative thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to lay out edge cases, identify dependencies and lay out the if/then in any scenarioFamiliarity with the identification and resolution of issues working with disparate sources of data and data quality issuesAbility to dig into the fine details of projects but also articulate product strategy and visionExperience working with web, mobile logs and transaction systemsExperience with data analysis, experimentation and measurement tools like Google Analytics, Adobe analytics or homebuilt systemsWorking experience building integrations between different productsAbility to research and contribute (from a PM perspective) on API developmentWorking SQL and database design knowledgeSelf-starter requires minimal supervisionStrong project management skills
