Technical Product Manager - Hybrid

Job Title: Technical Product Manager Location: St Louis, MO(Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions. This role requires a blend of product management, technical expertise, and business acumen. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and product lifecycle. Gather and prioritize business requirements from customers and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility. Work with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Analyze product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends. Conduct competitive analysis and identify new product opportunities. Coordinate product launches and ensure successful adoption. Manage product documentation, release notes, and training materials. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of Product Management experience in software product development. Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
