We are currently hiring for our client who has more than 55 years of expertise and more than 500, 000 employees across 6 continents, delivers Global Information Technology, Consulting and Business Process Services, in Cognitive Computing, Hyper-automation, Robotics, Cloud, Analytics and Emerging Technologies for the international leading organizations across the world in diverse domains such as Aerospace and Defense, Capital Markets, Banking, Retail, Utilities, Platform and Software Products, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil and Gas and many others.
Position: ServiceNow Developer/Architect
Location: Amsterdam/Utrecht, Netherlands
Engagement: Permanent Role
Mode of Work: Hybrid (2/3days WFO)
Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), Dutch (Good to have)
Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in ServiceNow presales.Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Solid understanding of enterprise service management and digital workflow conceptsAbility to communicate complex technical solutions in clear business terms to both technical and executive stakeholders.Knowledge of ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.Experience with ServiceNow AI innovations, Licensing modelsExcellent communication skills, with tenacious mindsetGood organizational and people skills to communicate with business stakeholders.Self-driven, motivated and results orientated.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
