Systems Development Engineer | Hallandale Beach, FL | $100,000 About the Role A dynamic, growing company is looking for a Systems Development Engineer to help build and scale their backend infrastructure. You'll work closely with the CTO on system architecture, build custom APIs, and own the third-party integrations that keep the business connected and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities API Development Build and maintain custom backend APIsEnsure seamless connectivity across internal systems System Architecture Work under the CTO, executing on architectural direction and assigned system tasksContribute to the design and scalability of core systems Third-Party Integrations Own and manage integrations with external platforms and servicesTroubleshoot and maintain existing integration pipelines Qualifications Strong experience in backend developmentStrong foundations in JavaScriptProficiency in TypeScript and Node/Bun-based environmentsSolid understanding of SQL and relational database conceptsExperience with React, Tailwind, and ViteAbility to work independently and collaborate closely with senior leadershipExperience with Cloudflare's developer and security products is a plus Tech Stack Backend: Bun/Node, TypeScript, Hono, Workers, QueuesDatabase: D1 (SQLite), KVFrontend: React, Tailwind, Vite Interested?
