Description
We are looking for a curious, driven Software Engineer to join our product engineering team.
You will work across the full stack to build and scale the core features of the cofi.ai platform — from data ingestion pipelines and metrics engines to interactive dashboards and AI-powered analytics.
This is a high-impact role at a startup where great engineers have direct influence on product direction.
You will work closely with the CTO, product team, and customers to ship software that matters.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across the cofi.ai platformBuild and optimize data pipelines that ingest, normalize, and transform financial and operational data from diverse sourcesContribute to our metrics engine and visualization layer, enabling real-time portfolio intelligenceCollaborate with the product and design teams to translate complex finance requirements into clean, intuitive user experiencesWrite clean, well-tested code and participate in peer code reviewsApply data science and ML techniques to support forecasting, anomaly detection, and AI-driven insightsHelp define engineering standards and best practices as an early team memberWhat We're Looking For Must-Have
2–5 years of professional software engineering experienceProficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for both backend and frontend developmentExperience with data-heavy applications — ETL pipelines, data modeling, SQL, or similarComfort working across the full stack and shipping end-to-end featuresStrong analytical mindset — you think in systems and love getting to the bottom of a hard problemSelf-directed learner who thrives in a fast-moving startup environmentNice-to-Have
