Full Stack Software Engineer | React | Node.js | AWS | Outside IR35 📍 Manchester (Hybrid 2 days on site) 💼 6 Month Contract (Outside IR35) 💰 Competitive We're partnering with an exciting technology business looking for an experienced Contract Full Stack Software Engineer to join their agile engineering team and help deliver new features across a modern cloud-native platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable frontend applications, developing backend services and supporting cloud deployments within an AWS environment. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be: Building modern frontend applications using React and TypeScriptDeveloping and enhancing REST APIs using Node.js and Express.jsWorking with AWS services including Cognito and supporting cloud-native deploymentsContributing to containerised applications using Docker and KubernetesDesigning and maintaining PostgreSQL/MySQL databases using TypeORM or similar ORM toolsWriting high-quality, well-tested code using Jest, React Testing Library and Cypress/PlaywrightCollaborating with a cross-functional agile team to deliver scalable, high-quality software We're open to different backgrounds, but the ideal Full Stack Software Engineer will have: Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript and modern JavaScriptProven backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js (or NestJS)Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL and ORM frameworks such as TypeORM or PrismaHands-on experience with AWS, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, with Kubernetes experience highly desirableA strong testing mindset with experience using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or PlaywrightExperience working within agile teams and taking ownership of features from development through to deployment If you match the above, apply immediately or email megan.blackett@maxwellbond.co.uk 😊
