Support the development, maintenance, and testing of various backend components, with a primary focus on Python (60-70% of the work).Gather, document, analyze, and manage application requirements effectively within an Agile environment.Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of critical applications used for counterparty rating and LGD (Loss Given Default) calculation.Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, with a particular emphasis on performance optimization. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Proven experience as a Middle Backend Developer, with at least 3 years of professional experience, strong proficiency in Python (60-70%) and C#.Solid knowledge of SQL/T-SQL, ORM or Micro-ORM (like Dapper), and Web API development.Expertise in automated testing (unit, integration, and functional tests), including Python-based testing with pytest, NUnit, and Selenium.Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Azure DevOps, Git for source code management, XL Release for build, and XL Deploy for deployment.A positive, collaborative, and proactive mindset, with autonomy and strong organizational skills, including some UI knowledge (Telerik Kendo UI is a plus).Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.Good level of English (minimum B2) and strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and an international, distributed team.
