Position: Full Stack Engineer – Cloud Services Platform Location: Sydney/Melbourne, Australia The role: ResetData is expanding its Cloud Services Platform and related inferencing system – the platform that delivers leading-edge AI, GPU and compute services to our customers. You are a hands-on, full stack engineer who thinks like a product owner – someone who doesn’t just build what’s in the ticket, but helps shape what gets built next. You’re comfortable designing and building UIs in React, working across the backend, and connecting to operational, support and billing systems. You take genuine ownership of features from idea through to production. What you’ll do: Own features end-to-end – from scoping and design through build, test and release – partnering closely with product and design to shape what gets built.Frontend development: design and build user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a responsive and engaging customer experience.Backend development of server-side applications using Go, integrating with databases and external APIs.Work closely with AI Ops engineers and other platform teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features on time.Bring a product mindset to engineering – question requirements, propose better solutions, and help prioritise based on customer and business impact.Write clean, maintainable and unit tested code while adhering to best practices in software development.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. A positive approach to shift-left testing is essential.Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and technical specifications.Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the platform experience. What you’ll bring: At least 5+ years of experience in web application development and full stack engineering, with a genuine interest in product outcomes.Proficiency in React.js and its core principles (e.g., JSX, component lifecycle).Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+), and GoExperience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API).Preferred experience implementing GraphQL APIs for data retrieval and manipulation.Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL which is our primary tool, MySQL or NoSQL)Strong use of version control and CI/CD practices, and the use of automation (we use flux.)Comfortable engaging directly with customers or stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.Experience in the delivery of cloud infrastructure services would be a significant advantage.Use of Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile development practices (we use Scrum)Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes,Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within small teams.
