IT Infrastructure Engineer - Data Center & Cloud Operations

Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on L2 Infrastructure Engineer to support our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong knowledge of servers, VMware, SAN/NAS storage, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure (L2 level). The candidate will act as the local UAE infrastructure resource, providing datacenter smart-hands support, VIP support, and coordination with the India-based Infrastructure & Cloud Team. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain physical servers, VMware, SAN/NAS storage, and Windows Server environments. Provide datacenter smart-hands support including hardware troubleshooting, rack & stack, cabling, and vendor coordination. Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, backup, networking basics, and monitoring. Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication and assist in disaster recovery activities. Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD). Perform server patching, health monitoring, preventive maintenance, and routine infrastructure support. Manage Active Directory users, permissions, security groups, and Group Policies. Provide dedicated VIP and executive user support. Coordinate with the Remote Infrastructure Team for project implementation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and escalations. Monitor infrastructure availability and support incident resolution within SLA. Required Skills: 5-7 years of Infrastructure Support experience.
