Deine Aufgaben As our Backend Engineering Lead, you will head the team responsible for the core backend systems at VoiceLine - every integration that powers field sales operations, the data retrieval and data interfaces our products run on, and the control flow that orchestrates our heavy backend operations. You'll manage a group of Backend Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers, owning both the technical direction and the people behind it. You won't just expand existing interfaces and build new ones; you'll set the architectural standards that keep our backend scalable and maintainable as it grows into a sizeable machine. You'll be a crucial part of our journey, directly shaping how machine learning in connected systems reshapes the nature of work, starting in field sales.
