Strong experience with HL7v2, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability. Experience integrating with MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner, and Mirth Integration Engine. Experience with NetIQ/IAM workflows, authentication, authorization, and secure application development. Strong REST API, SQL, microservices, and backend integration experience. Public Sector experience is mandatory. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support ReactJS frontend and Java Spring Boot backend applications. Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and database-driven applications. Integrate Zoom, Pexip, HL7v2, FHIR, and Mirth for virtual care workflows. Support scheduling, patient/provider context, encounter management, and clinical workflow integration. Integrate with hospital information systems (MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner). Implement secure IAM/NetIQ workflows, audit logging, and role-based access. Collaborate with architects, QA, security, UX, and product teams in Agile environments. Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and support production releases. Nice to HaveSMART on FHIR application development. AWS OpenSearch experience. Virtual Care/Telemedicine domain experience. Video workflow orchestration and healthcare interoperability expertise.
