Description

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, API development, and SQL Server to build and support enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate has experience working in banking environments, strong backend development skills, and excellent communication abilities. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET CoreBuild and support scalable backend applications for banking platformsDevelop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored proceduresWork in Linux environments and develop automation scripts using Perl and Shell scriptingIntegrate APIs using Apigee and enterprise API management solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality softwareTroubleshoot production issues and optimize application performanceParticipate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions What you bring 8 10 years of software development experienceStrong hands-on experience with .NET Core and API developmentExpertise in SQL Server and database developmentExperience working with Linux, Perl, and Shell scriptingKnowledge of Apigee or similar API management platformsBanking or Financial Services project experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to have Experience with FIS API developmentExposure to enterprise integration platforms and API gateways Work setup Location: Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BCWork Type: Hybrid (2 4 days per week onsite)Duration: 6 12 Month ContractExperience: 8 10 years
