Senior Java Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar, in an on-site working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building robust and scalable enterprise solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation strategies. Your work will have a direct impact on delivering high-quality software aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications aligned with business goals Implement solutions using Spring Boot, REST and OpenAPI frameworks Apply microservice architecture principles and integrate cloud computing concepts Ensure high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices Collaborate with senior engineers to establish and uphold coding standards Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in developing, testing and launching Java applications Strong knowledge of modular Java web application development with Spring Boot, REST, OpenAPI Experience with microservice architecture and cloud computing concepts Understanding of DevOps concepts with focus on CI/CD and automated testing Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficient command of English We offer Private healthcare and life insuranceEnd of service gratuityAnnual air travel tickets for expatriatesCorporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses
