Full Stack Engineer

Java Fullstack Developer – Azure / REST / Banking / DevOps – 100% – Zurich Project We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer to strengthen a DevOps team in the Pension & Retirement Solutions domain for private and corporate customers. In this role, you will develop modern solutions using a current technology stack and work closely with business departments, application owners, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for implementing business requirements and supporting them throughout the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis to production deployment. Responsibilities Independently implement business requirements in the pension/retirement solutions domain using the existing technology stack.Develop backend components using Java and Spring Boot.Contribute to modern frontend development using Angular.Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.Work with databases, particularly SQL and Oracle.Collaborate within an agile DevOps team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical contacts.Take ownership of defined project deliverables and ensure successful delivery.Requirements Several years of experience (approximately 5–8 years) as a Java Developer or Fullstack Developer, with strong expertise in:JavaSpring BootAngularExcellent experience with modern enterprise technologies, including:SQLOracleREST APIsMicrosoft Azure CloudPractical experience working in agile development environments (Scrum; SAFe is an advantage).Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to software development.Experience developing and enhancing complex enterprise applications, ideally within the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.Knowledge of digital banking solutions, customer portals, self-service platforms, and applications related to retirement planning, investments, or insurance is considered an advantage.Languages German: C2 (Native/Fluent)English: Nice to haveAssignment Details Reference Number: 925128MHRole: Java Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)Location: Zurich and surrounding region, SwitzerlandWorkload: 100% (Hybrid work, only within Switzerland)Start Date: 1 September 2026End Date: 31 August 2027
