Senior React JS Engineer

Responsibilities Lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications using React.jsTranslate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on usability and performanceOptimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersCollaborate closely with backend developers, designers, DevOps, QA, and product managers to deliver end-to-end featuresMaintain and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation for front-end codebasesConduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and foster a culture of learning and improvementEvaluate and implement new tools and libraries to improve development productivity and user experienceEnsure application security, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platformsDrive architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of the frontend framework and development lifecycleTake ownership of features from concept through to deployment and supportRequirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, SoftwareMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer, with at least 3 years of experience working with React.jsDemonstrated experience leading frontend projects or mentoring developersProven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready React.js applicationsDeep understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and the React.js ecosystemStrong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context APIProficient with TypeScript and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)Experience with React Hooks, functional components, lazy loading, and performance optimizationExperience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integrationsSolid understanding of frontend security principles, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibilityExperience working in Agile development teams and version control systems like GitStrong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiativesExcellent communication and teamwork skills
