Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and build scalable, high-performance web applications using a modern TypeScript stack. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across the full stack, designing and developing robust backend services with NestJS and building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces with React and Next.js. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software while contributing to architectural decisions and engineering best practices. Tech StackFrontend· React · Next.js · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · shadcn/ui Backend· Node.js · NestJS · TypeScript Database· PostgreSQL Testing· Jest · React Testing Library DevOps & Tooling· Docker · CI/CD Pipelines · ESLint · Prettier What You'll Do· Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. · Build clean, reusable, and type-safe frontend and backend components. · Develop secure, performant RESTful APIs using NestJS. · Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. · Write well-tested code using Jest and modern testing practices. · Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices. · Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve system scalability and performance. · Help enhance deployment pipelines, monitoring, and developer experience. What We're Looking For· 7+ years of professional software development experience. · 5+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. · Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend development using TypeScript. · Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-based UI development with shadcn/ui. · Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. · Experience designing and developing scalable RESTful APIs using NestJS. · Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library. · Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows. · Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and engineering best practices. · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. · Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team. Nice to Have· Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), or hybrid rendering in Next.js. · Experience working with monorepo architectures (e.g., Turborepo or Nx). · Experience improving application performance, observability, and developer experience. · Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. · Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the developer community.
