M365 Engineer

Informatech is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to support a major M365 transformation program within a Federal Government entity. This role will play a key part in the implementation and migration to a modern M365 environment, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, well-governed and effective collaboration solutions. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure M365 solutions aligned with best practices across collaboration, security and governance.Work with technical and business teams to plan and deliver complex M365 solutions while minimising disruption to business operations.Plan, execute and troubleshoot M365 migration activities.Provide expert technical advice across the M365 platform and emerging best practices.Conduct post-migration reviews to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support the successful delivery of program outcomes. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience delivering and migrating solutions within complex M365 environments, including: Demonstrated experience in M365 implementation, configuration and migration.Strong technical expertise across SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams and Microsoft Purview.Experience with adjacent technologies including Entra ID, Access Packages, Power Automate or Logic Apps, Power BI and Intune.Strong automation capability using PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph API.Knowledge of records governance, compliance and security within M365 environments.Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
