Software Project Manager and Team Leader

Due to growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the software team to deliver EPMS customer projects and services to meet service requirements, business strategy, alignment and focus. Key Duties Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the projectAllocate and manage resources and confer with service, operations, engineering, sales & finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityDirectly manage all project allocated resources and software team resourcesActively manage coordination between factory, supply chain, project resources and customerEstablish and manage the project plan, milestones, and deliverables in consultation with all stakeholdersDirect and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget including supply chain, warehouse, project manager, engineer, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field service personnelProvide accurate project sales forecast / estimation, manage the project expenses (T&E, timesheet, product, purchase orders)Complete the project invoice and revenue generation including supporting document required for customer submissionEnsure all the activities of the project team comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standardsActively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements to create additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project where possibleResolve conflicts and identify the root cause of disagreements, facilitating open communication, and guiding the team towards a mutually agreeable solution.
