What To Expect
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available while helping teams deliver services faster and more efficiently.
Working at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and business, you will take ownership of critical operations, champion automation, and contribute to exciting initiatives in cloud transformation, observability, and AI-driven improvements.
YOUR TASKS
Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, resource utilization, and cost efficiencyDefine, plan, and coordinate operational activities across teams, including clear prioritization of topics and workloadsLead incident management processes, including coordination, communication, root cause analysis, and preventive follow-up actionsImplement and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or DatadogDrive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, stability, and operational qualityCollaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth and reliable service deliveryProvide technical leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps standards, processes, and best practices
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experienceMany years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure EngineeringStrong knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker and KubernetesStrong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and AnsibleProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)Strong experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g.
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive cross-functional operational topicsProven experience in planning operational activities within teams and prioritizing tasks effectivelyHands-on experience in incident management and production support in complex environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit
