Country: Poland Location: Gdańsk Contract Type: Full Time, UoP Role: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Base salary rate: 149,958-176,421 PLN Role Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our R&D organization and validate security sensors and peripheral devices across both wired and wireless portfolios. In this role, you will focus on ensuring functional correctness, robustness, and real-world reliability of detection and signaling devices used in professional security systems. Key Responsibilities Validate functional behavior of security devicesValidate device behavior across normal operation, fault conditions, power-up, reset, recovery scenariosVerify battery performance and power consumption profilesPerform environmental and robustness testingSupport compliance readiness for EN 50131 through structured test evidenceCreate and maintain test plans, test reports, and defect documentationCollaborate daily with R&D engineers, product management, and compliance teams Required Profile Engineering degree in Electronics or related technical fieldExperience in Quality Assurance domainExperience in Quality Assurance for hardware, embedded, or electromechanical productsHands-on experience with device-level testing in lab and/or field environmentsAbility to translate product and system requirements into effective test scenariosStrong attention to physical, behavioral, and usability edge casesKnowledge of QA processes, methods and tools and ability to use them in practiceAnalytical, data-driven approach to testing and reportingClear communication and documentation skillsGood command of English language (in writing and speech) Additinal Qualifications Test automation skills using PythonISTQB certificateExperience in Attlasian toolchain usageExperience with EN 50131 or similar standardsExperience in intrusion, detection or access domain What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package:Meal VouchersLuxMed Medical InsuranceMultiSport CardIKE/IKZE Additional Pension Contribution Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance.
