Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer Duration: 9-12 months Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (Hybrid) POSITION OVERVIEW The CM&T application team is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to support client application delivery in Research Triangle Park, NC. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client and client stakeholders to analyze requirements, architect frontend solutions, and build resilient components. The team is dedicated to modernizing software delivery within an Agile frameworks ecosystem to maintain high performance and reliable software releases. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and analyze business requirements, asking clarifying questions to drive module design and execution.Design, develop, and unit test complex frontend and backend application modules.Collaborate with the System testing team to isolate, debug, and resolve assigned defects and bugs.Support the Deployment team during release cycles to resolve deployment issues and ensure smooth rollouts.Participate in daily Agile/Scrum stand-ups, reporting progress, upcoming tasks, and flagging technical blockers.Ensure high code quality standards using advanced JavaScript frameworks and modern development patterns.Design, build, and test application modules using Angular, React.js, and TypeScript.Partner with testing and deployment teams to debug issues and support application releases.Translate business requirements into technical deliverables within an Agile delivery structure.Participate in daily stand-ups to communicate progress, outline tasks, and mitigate project risks.
