Senior Test Engineer - Sharepoint - European Institutions - Poland

The Test Expert will support application testing activities within the Application Tests domain, with a specific focus on SharePoint-based applications. The role involves defining and executing test activities, preparing test documentation, analysing system quality, tracking defects, and contributing to quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. The consultant is expected to work on testing strategy, test planning, test case development, test execution, defect tracking, quality reporting, and collaboration with analysis, architecture, software development and service desk teams. Mandatory Requirements: Candidates must meet all mandatory requirements below. Education Candidate must demonstrate a minimum education level of Level 6. English Language Candidate must demonstrate minimum English language skills at CEFR level B2. Professional Experience Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience. Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar position. Professional Certification Candidate must demonstrate at least one of the following: ISTQB Advanced certification;An equivalent internationally recognised certification, subject to acceptance as a valid credential;3 years of experience in test management above the required minimum experience at similar position. Scope of Services / Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning Define and support the testing strategy.Plan test activities for application-related projects.Analyse functional and technical system designs for testability.Contribute to overall quality assurance activities within the project lifecycle. Test Design & Preparation Develop test plans and test cases.Design testing environments.Prepare and structure application testing activities.Support the setup of test management tools for new projects. Test Execution & Defect Management Implement, execute and debug application test cases and scripts.Perform and support unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance testing, stress testing, acceptance testing and regression testing.Document tests and track defects.Interpret test results and report issues. SharePoint Application Testing Perform testing activities for SharePoint-based applications.Apply hands-on testing experience to validate SharePoint-based customised solutions and related application components. Test Documentation & Reporting Provide test documentation.Validate and document completion of testing and development activities.Report on test progress, test results, issues, quality status and trends.Monitor test results and analyse system quality. Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction Cooperate with analysis, architecture, software development and service desk teams.Communicate testing progress, findings, issues and quality-related information clearly.Apply strong communication and documentation skills in a project environment.
