Description
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Ruby Developer to join our engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling modern web applications using Ruby on Rails.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, clean code, while ensuring robust system stability and test coverage through automated testing tools like Selenium WebDriver.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby/Ruby on Rails code.Develop new features and optimize existing application workflows.Integrate test automation practices using Selenium WebDriver to ensure high code quality and reliability.Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
Solid commercial experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (v6+ preferred).Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing and browser automation.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL), and RESTful APIs.Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.Active Listening: Ability to truly understand requirements, feedback, and team discussions.Effective Teamwork: Strong collaborative mindset and open communication.Knowledge Exchange: Eagerness to share expertise, mentor peers, and learn from others.
