This Azure DevOps Engineer will be supporting enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, application modernization, and CI/CD initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Partnered with software development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain secure DevOps pipelines that accelerated software delivery while ensuring compliance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Leveraged Azure cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and monitoring solutions to improve deployment consistency, reduce manual effort, and support mission-critical financial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Designed, implemented, and maintained end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release management.Developed and managed Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to provision and maintain cloud infrastructure consistently across multiple environments.Administered and optimized Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, supporting containerized applications, scaling strategies, networking, and high availability.Built and maintained cloud infrastructure utilizing Azure Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.Collaborated with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and deploy microservices into Kubernetes environments following enterprise best practices.Integrated automated testing, security scanning, and compliance validation into CI/CD pipelines to support secure software delivery and regulatory requirements.Managed source control repositories using Git, implementing branching strategies, pull request workflows, and release governance.Automated infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and YAML pipelines to improve operational efficiency.Implemented monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to proactively identify and resolve production issues.Partnered with cybersecurity teams to implement RBAC, Azure Active Directory integration, managed identities, Key Vault secrets management, and policy enforcement across cloud environments.Supported production releases, incident response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning while maintaining high availability and disaster recovery readiness.Collaborated with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions aligned with enterprise technology standards.Participated in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment velocity, platform reliability, and engineering best practices.
