Primary Responsibilities Infrastructure & Systems Administration Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management servicesManage Microsoft Exchange environments, including on-premises and Microsoft 365 hybrid deploymentsAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including:Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Office 365 applications and servicesMaintain, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environmentsSupport Windows-based workstation and endpoint infrastructureAdminister VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi virtualization platformsManage Cisco UCS compute infrastructureConfigure, support, and troubleshoot Cisco network switches and firewallsAdminister enterprise storage platforms, including Dell PowerStore and Dell IsilonMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and securityDevelop and maintain operational procedures, system documentation, and runbooks Cloud & DevOps Operations Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiencyDesign, implement, and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and automation toolsCollaborate with software development teams to support application deployments and improve operational efficiencyDevelop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and AWS CodePipelineSupport containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Amazon ECS or Kubernetes (EKS)Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and related technologiesManage AWS security controls, IAM roles, policies, and compliance best practicesSupport backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions across on-premises and cloud environmentsAnalyze cloud utilization and recommend improvements for performance optimization and cost management Operations & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across cloud and on-premises platformsPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actionsIdentify opportunities for automation and operational improvementsEvaluate emerging technologies, tools, and vendor solutionsParticipate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption initiativesCollaborate with business units and IT teams to deliver reliable technology solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environmentsStrong experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Windows Server, and LinuxExperience supporting VMware virtualization environmentsExperience with enterprise networking, firewalls, storage, and server infrastructurePractical experience supporting AWS cloud environmentsExperience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languagesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technology domainsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53, and ECS/EKSExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormationExperience with Docker and KubernetesAWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or SysOps Administrator)Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows ServerExperience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences industries Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation; however, reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would impose undue hardship.
