What You Will Do Architect and scale backend systems for discovery, checkout, and global payment flows within a high-impact growth squad.Integrate automated workflows into core supply chain and inventory management systems to handle complex, high-volume inventory grading.Mentor senior engineers and set the technical bar for code quality, system reliability, and long-term architectural strategy. The ideal candidate Demonstrated experience building backend systems at consumer scale within high-growth marketplaces, fintech, or B2C scale-ups.Deep expertise in architectural trade-offs for payments, order management, or data pipelines, preferably using Node.js or TypeScript.Product-builder mindset with a track record of connecting technical execution to tangible business outcomes and user experiences.
