Front End Engineer - Up to £120k + Significant Equity

Frontend Engineers: Would you be excited to solve some of AI’s biggest problems and help build a generational company? The company has just raised significant funding and is riding a rocket — an AI-native data orchestration platform that’s already 100×’d usage and quintupled revenue in the last year. In a small, elite team you’ll own high-impact React features end-to-end, collaborate directly with customers and product, run rapid UI experiments, and ship multiple times a day. You’ll make complex data workflows (reliability, orchestration, observability, AI pipelines) feel effortless for lean data teams. This role is incredibly React-focused. Stack: React + TypeScript at the core, backed by Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/Express, serverless AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL + DynamoDB. What matters most: Strong React coding ability, minimum 3 years of experience, and proven delivery on complex React projects. Deep proficiency in modern React architecture, performance, state management, and scalable UI systems is non-negotiable. Pragmatic, product-driven, and comfortable with APIs and cloud. Bonus if you’re open to light full-stack work. Significant equity + base up to £120k. 3 days a week in their Central London office.
