🚀 Backend Developer (Node.js | Go | PHP) 📍 Malta | Full-Time We're recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. What You'll Be Doing Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Node.js, Go (Golang), and PHP.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development best practices.Analyse business requirements and implement scalable backend solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and system defects.Design and execute tests to ensure application quality and reliability.Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and test plans.Monitor system performance and provide ongoing technical support.Research and implement new technologies to improve existing applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. What We're Looking For Degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.Junior-level development experience with Node.js, Go (Golang), and PHP.Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Experience working with MySQL, MongoDB, and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Redis.Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Exposure to web services or service-oriented architecture is considered an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
