Meet the job Technology Vision: Define and implement the 3-year to 5-year+ technology horizon and enterprise data direction.Strategic Architecture: Conceptualize product architecture in the core team and design strategic solutions that span the entire Backbase stack.Evangelism & Representation: Serve as the external spokesperson for the company at conferences and innovation hubs.Technical Conscience: Act as the final authority on technical integrity, resolving the most complex engineering initiatives and resolving existential technical risks.Mentorship: Provide functional oversight and guidance to the entire engineering team, specifically coaching and multiplying other senior technical leaders and Principals.Change Management: Lead Backbase technical initiatives across the company and drive large-scale technical change-management programs.AI-Native Ambassador: Champion the adoption of agentic tooling, LLM-driven workflows, and AI automation within your team to accelerate the development lifecycle and embed AI-native practices in everyday engineering.
