Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Python with 2–5 years of application development experience.Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.Experience working in Linux environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective teamwork and communication.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, LLMs, and GenAI solutions.Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, or event-streaming platforms.Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies.Banking, risk management, or financial services domain experience.Understanding of distributed systems, observability, and platform monitoring.
