(TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual to support our Service Retention department.
This is a 3 years contract/acting opportunity and will report to the Manager, Product Analysis & Development.
The selected candidate will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and design, implement and manage products/programs which align with national objectives and strategies to improve customer retention and parts sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, implement, and manage Parts and Service Dealer programs to increase parts sales, customer retention, and drive profitabilityManage all aspects of new product implementations and product line expansions in partnership with various internal and external partners (including onboarding new vendors)Conduct research to determine viability of new products, programs, and other opportunitiesAnalyze key product sales trends and program performance at the National and Zone level to identify areas of opportunity and develop associated action plansPrepare planning documentation using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) principles for national strategic programsCollaborate with Procurement department to secure and maintain partner contractsManage and maintain supplier relationships while driving accountability across assigned competitive product linesPerform price adjustment analyses and negotiations to maximize Dealer/TCI profitability while maintaining a competitive market positionCollaborate with Suppliers, Parts Operations, Field Teams, and Dealer partners to resolve escalated product quality and supply concernsParticipate in new model launch committee meetings to ensure service replacement product readinessCompiling annual business plans and collaborating with our global head office, TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation), to secure technical approvals for new additions to the Toyota Genuine Part product lineSupport the creation, implementation, and maintenance of customer/dealer-facing reference materials, educational content, promotional materials, and job aidsPrepare and distribute launch/update communications and performance reporting in relation to assigned products/programs to internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate with field staff to collect feedback and provide information on key products/promotionsSupport Dealer/Zone Service Retention Inbox inquiries as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for assigned products/programsSupport the planning, organization, preparation, and delivery of materials (reporting, performance metrics, insights, presentations, etc.) for various TCI, TDA (Toyota Dealer Association), Subcommittee, Zone, and Dealer meetings/conferencesLiaise with affiliates/partners (ex.
TMNA, TME, TMC) to support best practice sharing and foster Kaizen (continuous improvement)Set annual budget, complete monthly reconciliations/accruals, and quarterly reforecasting activities for portfolio assignmentsCreate and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to assigned portfolio
What You’ll Bring
University/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline3+ years of experience in Product Management, Automotive Marketing and/or Dealership Parts & Service operations is preferredDemonstrated success within a Product/Program Management or analytical roleProven business acumen and development skillsStrong administrative, organizational, and project management skillsProven ability to initiate and improve work processes to increase efficiencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong independent time management skillsHighly proficient in use of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Teams, Power BI, etc.)Proven ability to build strong and successful partnershipsCommitted team player
