In this role, you'll own the heart of our platform: the unified inbox, the channels, and the workflows that tens of thousands of users open first thing in the morning and close last thing at night. You'll be responsible for the product end-to-end, from discovery through shipping through launch, and for whether the metrics actually move. If you're excited to own a product surface this large while staying deep in the details day to day, this might be a great fit. Own the inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end: discovery, spec, build, launch, measureStay close to customers every week, in direct calls, by talking to CS and support, and by digging into the data yourselfEmbed with 4 to 6 engineers and 1 designer, set the metric, and own whether it movesShip features that are simple enough for customers to set up themselvesOwn quality. Engineers test as they build, you give the final go before anything shipsOwn the launch and the awareness that follows. There is no product marketing team. You drive positioning, the in-product moments, and the keynote for the big launches, with marketing and sales behind youWork across squads with the AI and Integrations PMs on the surfaces that touch each other Requirements We're reshaping our product function around three pillars, AI, Integrations, and Core, with a PM in each, operating directly with our founder and CPO Mika.
