The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering foundation, hands-on experience with asynchronous programming, and excellent problem-solving skills. Required Skills: 10+ years of software engineering experience (7+ years may be considered with strong domain expertise)Strong proficiency in C++Hands-on experience with distributed systems and backend architectureStrong understanding of asynchronous programming, pointers, and memory managementExperience with system scalability, horizontal scaling, and performance optimizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
