Senior ServiceNow Consultant

About our client Our client is a global technology and consulting organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation programs across enterprise and government environments. With a growing ServiceNow practice and a strong pipeline of project work, they are helping organisations modernise service management, automate operations and improve the employee and customer experience through the ServiceNow platform. As a result of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to play a key role in the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. About the role This is a hands-on consulting position focused on designing and delivering high-quality ServiceNow outcomes for customers. Working closely with Solution Architects, stakeholders and delivery teams, you will guide projects from initial discovery and solution design through to implementation and deployment. You will provide technical leadership across ServiceNow engagements, helping customers navigate platform decisions while ensuring solutions align with both immediate business needs and longer-term strategic objectives. In addition to delivery activities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to solution design workshops, customer advisory engagements and selected pre-sales activities. The successful candidate The ideal candidate will bring significant experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments and possess a strong understanding of platform best practice. You will be comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and translating business requirements into scalable solutions. You will demonstrate experience across: ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementationsCSDM and ServiceNow platform best practiceJavaScript development and platform configurationServiceNow integrations, orchestration and web servicesSOAP-based integrations and API developmentAgile project delivery environments Equally important will be your ability to influence stakeholders, provide trusted advice and lead customers through complex technical and business challenges.
