These roles support the design, build and delivery of workflow-driven applications, secure portals and system integrations for government and enterprise clients. Depending on your experience, you may work as a hands-on Senior Consultant building and supporting full stack solutions, or as a Manager leading technical delivery, guiding developers and engaging with client stakeholders. Across both levels, you’ll work closely with architects, business analysts, testers and clients to deliver reliable, accessible and secure digital solutions. What You’ll Do This role blends full stack development, low-code delivery, integration, testing and production readiness. At Manager level, it also includes technical leadership, delivery oversight and mentoring. You may be involved in: Designing, building and testing full stack features across front-end interfaces, APIs and back-end services.Configuring and developing low-code and workflow-driven applications for client delivery.Building secure REST-based API integrations, Azure services and SQL-based data handling.Supporting identity verification, document processing, payment integration or case management workflows.Contributing to accessible, secure and privacy-conscious user interfaces and application design.Supporting environment management, release processes, testing, defect resolution and production readiness.For Manager-level roles, leading technical direction, mentoring developers, managing delivery quality and acting as a key technical contact for clients. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for capable developers who can work across technical delivery, client requirements and practical solution design. You’ll bring sound engineering judgement, a collaborative mindset and the ability to build solutions that are maintainable, secure and fit for purpose. Due to the nature of the work, you will hold, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, an AGSVA security clearance. Please note, eligibility for security vetting requires Australian citizenship. In addition, to be considered, you’ll need Full stack development experience across front-end frameworks, back-end services and integration delivery.Experience with low-code or configurable platforms, workflow design or form configuration.Strong capability with REST-based API integrations and practical integration design.Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or storage.Strong SQL, T-SQL and relational data knowledge, with experience handling and transforming data.Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar development languages.At Senior Consultant level, hands-on experience building, testing and supporting solutions in a delivery team.At Manager level, experience leading or mentoring developers, setting technical direction and engaging with client stakeholders. The following experience would also be highly regarded: Experience with WorQ, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian or similar workflow platforms.Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing or API lifecycle management.Exposure to OAuth, SAML or Azure AD / Entra ID authentication approaches.Familiarity with government security frameworks such as ISM or Essential Eight.Experience working in APS, government or regulated environments.For Manager-level candidates, experience leading squads, contributing to estimates or supporting technical proposals.
