Role: MSD Sr Developer Location: Sydney, Australia Type: Contract Job Description: We need one strong Senior Developer and a hands-on Lead at Sydney to start immediately with following JD: 7+ years of proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions in enterprise environments.Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform with hands-on experience across design, customization, and delivery.Extensive experience implementing and supporting Customer Insights - Journeys, including real-time and outbound journey orchestration.Proven capability in customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution.Strong experience managing multi-channel customer communications across email, SMS, and engagement workflows.Skilled in customer engagement analytics, reporting, and performance optimization for marketing and customer journey initiatives.Strong development expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Azure integration services.Demonstrated success integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise platforms, third-party systems, and customer engagement channels.Proven ability to mentor development teams and lead technical delivery in Agile project environments.
