Sr Software Engineer – Full-Stack & Mobile (AI-Enabled Development)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack and mobile development expertise to build and deliver modern, scalable digital applications. This role is ideal for a T-shaped engineer—someone with deep expertise in either web or mobile development while remaining highly capable across the broader software engineering stack. You'll work across React and React Native applications while embracing an AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You'll leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity, software quality, testing automation, and deployment efficiency. Experience within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable due to the scale, integration complexity, and regulatory requirements of enterprise telco environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.Build and support cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Deliver features end-to-end, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Apply AI-assisted development practices throughout the SDLC, including:AI-assisted requirements and user story generationAI-powered coding assistants and pair programmingAI-generated unit and integration testsAI-assisted code reviewsAI-enhanced CI/CD pipelinesAI-driven monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident analysisBuild scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend architectures.Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Optimize application performance across both web and mobile platforms.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Solution Architects.Contribute to software architecture decisions and engineering standards.Improve CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation.Mentor junior engineers and promote modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend practical adoption opportunities.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong commercial experience with React.Strong commercial experience with React Native.Experience developing and deploying production mobile applications for both iOS and Android.Solid understanding of native mobile concepts including:Build and release processesApp Store and Google Play deploymentsNative module integrationExperience with:JavaScript (ES6+)TypeScriptHTML5CSS3Strong understanding of:REST APIsGraphQLState management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, MobX, etc.)Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design.Experience using AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) within day-to-day software development.Practical understanding of AI-enabled SDLC practices across:PlanningDesignDevelopmentTestingDeploymentMonitoringStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred SkillsTelecommunications industry experience.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.Automated testing experience using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, Cypress, or Playwright.Experience implementing application performance monitoring and observability solutions.Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.Exposure to AI agents, LLM integrations, or AI-driven developer tooling.
