YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You welcome every customer with a professional, friendly attitude, directing them to appropriate stations and maintaining efficient flow while ensuring a clean, organized front-of-house presence that reflects SIXT's premium brand standards You verify customer documents, check driver's license validity, and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle while handling exchanges to meet business needs You offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, address customer questions and concerns, and finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and explaining charges with accurate receipts You complete return transactions by inspecting rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage, advising customers on final charges while discreetly handling findings and directing issues to appropriate channels You perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs, and schedule maintenance while obtaining estimates and generating purchase orders You prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags, enter them into the inventory system, oversee vehicle disposal preparation, and ensure personal belongings are removed from returned vehicles YOUR SKILLS MATTER Customer Service You have at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally with a background in sales, service, or hospitality, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experience Organization & Analysis You are highly organized with strong analytical abilities, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation while delivering data-driven insights Education & Licensing You hold a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States Technical Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Communication & Teamwork You have excellent communication skills and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment, coordinating effectively across departments with a positive attitude Schedule Flexibility You can work up to 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts and weekend shifts WHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive Benefits Package Enjoy healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance, along with a 401k plan to secure your future Paid Time Off & Holidays Benefit from PTO, sick leave, and receive time and a half for working on public holidays Bonus Plan Take advantage of a bonus plan based on performance Employee Assistance Program Access support whenever needed through our Employee Assistance Program Exclusive Employee Rentals Benefit from employee-only rental rates, with family rental options and exclusive discounts for employees Uniform & Perks Receive a uniform with weekly dry cleaning, always ensuring a professional appearance
