Platform Support Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Platform Support Analyst to help support, maintain, and improve our core platform and its associated products. This role acts as the primary point of contact for platform‑related support queries and incidents, playing a vital part in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our services. The platform operates within a fully cloud‑based AWS environment, providing exposure to modern, scalable technologies. You will work closely with engineering, product teams, and third‑party providers to monitor system health, investigate issues, support deployments and integrations, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently with clear communication to stakeholders. As part of a growing organisation, this role offers the opportunity to influence and enhance support processes and operational best practices, while developing hands‑on experience across cloud infrastructure, platform operations, DevOps practices, and automation within a modern AWS and SaaS environment. Key responsibilities: Investigate, resolve, and proactively prevent platform issues, with a strong focus on continuous improvement of systems and operational processes.Provide day‑to‑day technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring services and deliverables are met effectively.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong working relationships and uphold quality standards.Regularly review, maintain, and improve operational documentation, processes, and procedures.Support the testing, reporting, and implementation of fixes, including running scripts and validating solutions.Develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative and support tasks, improving efficiency and reliability.Provide general operational and administrative support to the infrastructure and platform teams as required.
