Office: 台北中山區附近( On-Site ) About The Company Our client is building a new-generation digital platform for the Taiwan market, redesigning the content and community experience from the ground up with AI capabilities deeply integrated across product and marketing. The platform is in its early stage, with a clear roadmap toward monetization and ecosystem expansion. The team is small , highly autonomous, and looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity — someone who wants to co-create the product vision, not just execute a pre-written spec. Position: Senior Full-Stack Engineer We are looking for a senior developer with strong technical depth and a sharp eye for AI trends. You will go beyond writing code — acting as a technical architecture driver and a multiplier of team effectiveness. By combining cutting-edge algorithms with AI-augmented development workflows, you will work closely with the product team to translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable solutions. Required Qualifications Proven Engineering Track Record: 5+ years of full-stack development experience. Able to independently own complex system architecture (Design Patterns) and front/back-end integration, with hands-on experience in performance optimization and security. AI-Augmented Development: Proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs — not just to boost personal output, but to establish and promote AI-assisted development best practices across the team. Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong command of algorithms and data structures; able to analyze time and space complexity for specific business scenarios to ensure stability and efficiency under high load. Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and present technical strategy clearly to decision-makers. Self-Management & Execution: Strong time management and prioritization in a multi-task environment; calm and accurate under pressure. Ideal Qualifications Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, or related fields. Leadership & Mentoring: Experience leading teams of 3+, including technical decision-making, code review, and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
