About The Role
The role owns the reliability, scalability, and security of production infrastructure supporting high-traffic applications serving millions of users globally.
You will work alongside software engineering teams to build automated deployment pipelines, enhance observability, and architect resilient cloud systems that minimize downtime and operational friction.
Key Responsibilities
Design, provision, and manage immutable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes across multiple environmentsBuild and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or ArgoCD to ensure rapid, safe, and automated software deploymentsImplement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to proactively detect anomaliesParticipate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, conducting thorough root cause analyses for continuous improvementEnforce security best practices, identity and access management (IAM) policies, and network segmentation to maintain compliance standardsWrite clean, modular code for infrastructure automation and operational tooling using Python or Go
What We Are Looking For
3โ6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure management in production environmentsStrong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationDeep understanding of Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing), and distributed systemsDemonstrated experience building automated CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks using modern toolingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio, FinOps cost optimization strategies, or holding active AWS/CKA certifications
