We are looking for Full-Stack Java Developers to join our team in Tallinn or Tartu. What You'll Do: ✔️ Develop scalable back-end services and business-critical software solutions using Java and modern technologies ✔️ Understand business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions ✔️ Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code ✔️ Design and develop REST APIs and integrations between information systems ✔️ Collaborate closely with analysts, QA engineers, developers, architects, and clients throughout the development lifecycle ✔️ Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices To Succeed in This Role, You Should: 👉 Have at least 3 years of working experience 👉 Have experience developing back-end applications with Java and Spring Boot 👉 Have experience working with Kubernetes 👉 Have experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL 👉 Have experience with any frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue etc.) 👉 Be proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and grow 👉 Be a team player who genuinely cares about clients, colleagues, and delivery quality 👉 Be fluent in Estonian and comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken We have a "People-First-Culture": ❤️ Great working conditions – We value your work-life balance and support a hybrid work model with flexibility to work both from the office and from home.
