What you'll be doing: Building and owning the dbt layerDesigning scalable data models and metric definitionsWorking with real-time event data from Kafka-based systemsTurning ambiguous business requirements into robust data solutionsDriving automation and leveraging AI tools to accelerate developmentCollaborating closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams Tech Stack: JavaApache KafkaSQLAWS (Athena, S3, Glue)PostgreSQLdbt What we're looking for: 5+ years in Data Engineering with experience in Java or ScalaStrong SQL and data modelling expertiseExperience with cloud data platforms and modern data toolingComfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environmentAutomation-first mindset with experience using AI coding toolsiGaming experience (player lifecycles, transactions, GGR) highly desirable Why join?
