Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Java & React Dublin | Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week 12-month contract | €550 per day Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | React We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team working on complex, scalable and secure customer-facing solutions within the digital payments space. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across the stack, with the role weighted approximately 60% backend and 40% frontend. What you'll be working with: Java 11+ and Spring BootMicroservices architectureReact.js and modern frontend developmentRESTful API design and developmentSQL and Oracle databasesCloud technologies – AWS/AzureCI/CD and JenkinsTroubleshooting and optimising distributed systemsAgile development and collaborative code reviews We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3–5+ years' experience in software engineeringStrong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot and MicroservicesProven experience designing and developing REST APIsSolid experience with ReactStrong SQL and database knowledgeExperience working with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelinesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice to have: Kafka / Event Streaming | Kubernetes / OpenShift | AWS/Azure | TypeScript | Angular | Performance Tuning | Payments or FinTech experience You’ll be joining a fantastic global technology environment where you'll gain exposure to large-scale digital payment solutions, modern engineering practices and complex software systems.
